Either open a new document, or open a layout that you want to add text on a path

In the sample I have open, I want to add "I believe I can" in an arc shape by the captial "F" in Fly.

With your Pen tool create a path in the shape you want the text to flow.

With your Text tool click on the beginning of your path where you want your text to begin. (When you hover near the path your text tool will change to a Text on a path tool) Your curser will appear wherever you clicked. Type the text you want to appear on this path.

You may now apply any style to the text you'd like - bevel, drop shadow, etc. Voila! You now have text on a path!
