I like to save some of my elements as picture tubes, and then I can use the picture tube tool with the click of a button.  You can adjust the size and placement when you go to use the picture tube.

Under File menu, choose export, then picture tube.  It will pop open a window.

Click ok and what this means is that it has to be one layer and transparent.

Go over to your layers palette, and merge your raster 2 into your raster 1 by right clicking on the raster 2 layer and choosing merge then merge down.

Once this is done try the export, then picture tube again.

Choose the above settings, and make sure to name your eyelet.  Then click ok.

You can adjust the settings if you like, play around with it.

Now when you want to add the silver eyelet, select your picture tube tool, choose the silver eyelet and place on your image.

You can adjust the size by using the picture tube menu.
