Run the install on the program/plug-in. Make sure the plugin files go into the PlugIn folder of the Photoshop file (hope that makes sense). Once you're done, you can access the plugin (once you've opened a document) under the filters section of PS. On my PS7 it shows up at the very bottom as a seperate little expandable list.
