SCRAPBOOK-BYTES MEET 'N' GREET
9-10:30 pm on Saturday, October 15 th
Attention all SBB members attending the PC Crafts digital convention! Please consider stopping by the official SBB Meet 'n' Greet to meet up with your fellow scrappers, ask your scrapping questions face-to-face, share your own tips n' tricks, and, of course, take lots of photographs.
Before convention, we'll be creating a digital nametag and providing it to everyone who is signed up for our Yahoo! group a few weeks beforehand. Feel free to further personalize and decorate your nametag at your choice before printing and wearing it to the M&G. We will also provide non-decorated nametags at the M&G.
Once everyone has gathered, we will have a few icebreakers-games for everyone to participate in. We will provide any supplies you may need to play these games, so we just need you to bring yourself and a willing spirit! Of course, feel free to take photos at any time during these games, and we will be sure to have a couple DTMs taking photos from 'the outside' as well.
In addition to the M&G fun, we will have a mini-photo shoot set up with a backdrop, SBB sign, props, and a DT photographer who will be happy to take your photo by yourself or with any other SBB members you wish to include. We can either email the photo(s) you are in to you after they have been uploaded to the SBB server after convention for free OR we can burn the photo(s) you want to a CD to be picked up at our convention booth Sunday afternoon for $2. Please indicate your preference to the photographer's assistant before leaving the M&G.
The SBB members contest winners will also be announced at this time. Winners have been chosen by the SBB DTMs and teachers for best fulfilling the requirements in each category. Please see the Contest post in the Digital Convention forum on site or check the Yahoo! group archives for more information on contest details. Stick around to give your congratulations in person to your friends and fellow scrappers!
