Right now our family is living in Japan while my husband, of 6 years, is working for the USAF. I am currently a stay at home mom of two darling children, Jordan and Jade. They are my primary focus at the moment. Before digital scrapping I was an avid paper scrapper for nearly 10 years. I really enjoy keeping memories alive. I have a strange idea of what is important to remember sometimes but I try to preserve it none-the-less. I am big into music. I enjoy playing the piano and guitar. I have played a few other instruments but I'm not as accomplished with them. I enjoy singing, writing music, songs, poetry and stories. I enjoy painting and sketching but don't consider myself an artist. I can sew, but don't often admit it; I've quilted a bit and have even dabbled with crochet. I love to cook but my favorite thing to do is eat. While we are here in Japan I have been volunteering as a Tour Guide for the New Arrivals 2 days a week. It has been one of the best experiences of my life because I've been so fortunate to meet some very wonderful people. For 11 months now I have been taking a Japanese language class once a week and am slowly starting to get a handle on the language. Right now we spend our free time exploring the areas in Japan that we are near. I'm a very open-minded person and enjoy learning about other people and their culture or history. I guess that is enough about me!

Memory Pixels, Digital Designs will be launching this August if all goes well. The site will mostly be used for clients that wish to have their photos turned into layouts or albums but as the site builds I will eventually be adding kits and downloads.
Right now I use Microsoft Digital Image Pro v.7. This is a great program for beginners because it is very user friendly! I am also learning to use Photoshop.
Favorite tip = Don't be afraid to try. The wonderful thing about digital scrapping is that lovely UNDO button!
