I began scrapbooking in 1995. Back then, I didn't know that's what it was. I just wanted an interesting way to display my pictures as opposed to just plopping them in an album. After a few years, I fell away from the hobby. In 2002, after attending a Creative Memories class, I was back with a fiery passion! But, what really sparked my interest in digital scrap booking was the purchase of my first digital camera! Good grief!!
I thought I took a lot of pics before! I instantly fell in love with the “digital realm” (as well as photography) and wanted to be able to do “more” with my pictures. Searching for an outlet, I found Two Peas in a Bucket and stumbled across a few digital scrapbookers. I was immediately HOOKED!!! I bought Microsoft's Picture It and never looked back!!! I currently use Digital Image Pro and Photoshop Elements 2. In my cg scrapping, I'm a huge moments scrapper. My style is a very simple one and I rarely use more than one pic on a layout. I tend to lean more towards the graphic look than the paper scrapped look but I have a great appreciation for all styles!!

Besides scrapping (paper and cg), I LOVE photography its my other passion. I can take pictures all day long!! I love capturing life on film!!! It's as much as an obsession as my scrapping is. I also enjoy crafts, reading , and spending time with my family. I live in Oklahoma with my wonderfully supportive husband , Ziven, and two beautiful children, Mikayla and Takia.

I feel so blessed to be part of the great team here at Scrapbook-bytes. This is a community like no other. It really is a family.
